Conel Automation s.r.o. as of 1.8.2019 separated from Advantech B + B SmartWorx s.r.o. and becomes an independent business entity. Ownership of the company transferred from Advantech B + B SmartWorx s.r.o. and was divided equally between the executive director of the company Michal Švarcr and the financial director of the company Tomáš Tichý.
